At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you've placed an order and it arrives damaged, we will reship a new candle out to you at no additional cost! Please read below for instructions on what to do if your order arrives damaged: Please inspect packages immediately upon receiving for any damages that may have occurred during transit. If your item(s) are damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and send to our email at info@symoneandselene.com within 14 days. Be sure to include your first and last name and order number in the subject bar. Upon receiving your email, we will re-ship your item for you. Customers requesting a new candle after 14 days from purchase will NOT be accepted. We want you to understand that we pride ourselves on taking care of our customers and always want to make things right!
